Cancellations & refunds
No charge to request
Sending a lesson or round-review request is free. Nothing is charged until the lesson is completed.
Booking fee on completion only
You save a card when you request a lesson — nothing is charged then. The GolfDebrief booking fee (10% of the pro's listed lesson price) is charged only after the lesson is marked completed.
Free cancellation
Cancel anytime up to 24 hours before the lesson at no cost.
Late cancellations
Cancelling less than 24 hours before, or not showing up, may be treated as completed at the pro's discretion.
If the pro cancels
If the pro cancels or the lesson doesn't happen, you pay nothing.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a completed lesson, email us within 7 days and we'll review a refund of the booking fee.
Paying the pro
For now, the lesson itself is paid directly to the instructor at their listed rate.
